I feel like it should be. Except the weekend is no reprieve. If anything, I'm going to start dreading weekends as my long run gets crazier and crazier. I've been so tired this week, I didn't do either of my runs in the morning, they were both after work. That's good and bad. Good that I saw it through and got them done regardless of the time of day, bad because I don't want to get out of the morning habit that I was just beginning to develop. I did get up early for weights yesterday though. I'll have to get up at 5 tomorrow if I'm going to get my second cross training day in because I have to go to Stamford. Thrilled about that.
Tonight's run was a good one: 5.76 miles in 60 minutes including 4 minutes of walking for warmup and cooldown. That averages out to be 10:25/mile, which I'll happily take.
I need to make a massage appointment. Mmmm...
