I also got both my cross training days in so it was an excellent week for training. I hope next week is as good.
The next 4 weeks will have my long runs move up to 10-13 miles. I feel like I can handle that. Midweek runs move up to 4 and 5 miles but I've been doing that anyway so this is where the program catches up to me. I'm nervous about that because it's been a nice feeling to be ahead of the game. The next 4 weeks will be about maintaining what I've been doing and after that the mileage goes up and up. I just hope I'm not struggling every week and the training gets away from me. I'm trying to break it down into manageable 4-week segments. Right now I'm enjoying my runs and I haven't had to play too many mental games with myself to get them in. That will change by the end. I can psyche myself right out of this if I'm not careful. I've done it before.
In non-running stuff, I am SO enjoying chocolate glazed donut K-cups. I make 2 at night in a martini shaker and put it in the fridge for the next morning. I've also gone back to real sugar which makes it even more delicious. Why not? I'm burning it off. Life is short, have real sugar.

Mmmmm we have that at work. Yum!!
