Blown away

Unbelievably, I got in another run today. I know! Who'd a thought?! It was amazing, too. It was flurrying, my first snow run of the year. I loved it! I felt like a husky dog and I just wanted to go, go, go. I tried to take a picture of the flurries but they were too fine to capture with my phone. It was pretty though. And cold. I did 5.16 miles and I was thrilled. I saw on the news later that the wind gusts were 30 mph today. I definitely felt it! I thought March was supposed to be the windy month! Windy now, windy later -- it's good training and I'm almost to my running goal for the year.

We did more shopping, more visiting, and I have to do more wrapping tonight. It's all good though, I've actually enjoyed the holidays more than I usually do.
